For those of us that dont have a disc/beltsander, I came a cross these sanders at a hardware store. The fit in a std powerdrill, and worked really well to smooth out small imperfections. I used 120 grit paper. The blanks from the cnc had some imperfections due to the operator using to small bit (3mm instead of 6mm) which led to some sanding to be done.
